Omniwomen Summit 2023
Omniwomen UK hosts events every year to bring about change in the industry, increasing the influence and number of women leaders throughout the Omnicom Media Group network, showcasing a range of speakers and panel discussions.

Initially we conducted focus groups and found key issues women face in the workplace: feeling like a fraud, feeling exhausted by constantly playing a role, missing being a fearless child, having to mimic male energy. Many of us have fallen into the spectator role as the world around us has changed or re-defined. And if we’re not spectating, women feel like they are "putting on a performance" or "playing a role", versus being their true authentic selves.
The theme 'Defining You' was born. The aim was to create branding and communications around the event and speakers that will inspire and enable women to regain control of their lives to truly lead on the main stage. This tied-in well with the iconic location at Picturehouse Central, where I pulled visual references from cinema and the venue itself whilst remaining true to Omniwomen's mission.
